Killer Cardio Workout!

The weekend (and prom!) is almost here.  Get your heart rate up and your metabolism revving with this quick cardio workout. 

Step 1: choose your favorite cardio type (running, biking, etc.)

Step 2: Do the exercise for 1 minute with an emphasis on speed. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 more times. Rest 2 minutes. Repeat!

Step 3: Stretch out your muscles and pat yourself on the back, you did it!
